No I mean to be able to use them as different characters, i want to be able to do the slow motion and visual effects Michael has when shooting but be able to drive and play as Franklin. So basically use the special ability whether or not I'm in a car or walking.
I haven't seen them decrease. I've had 5 stats maxed for Franklin for ages now, at least one of them would have gone down if they decrease. Must just be a glitch. FaithInAll 10 years ago #10.
