Chaos Marines are never referred to as cultists. Chaos Cultists are gone but are likely getting repackaged. For now you might be able to find some on ebay - or you could perhaps use some necromunda kits to make your own kitbashed cultists - but otherwise you’ll probably just need to wait for the CSM codex release when they no doubt rebox the cultists (or less likely release new models).
